主題研究群簡介:
本主題研究群 (Special Interest Group) 是全球華人計算機教育應用學會(GCSCE)屬下六個以不同教育科技領域為主題的研究群之一。
全球化及經濟環境快速變遷促使高等教育、企業、政府等機構通過不同途徑來提高各自竟爭能力。快捷有效地培養學生或員工的自主學習乃至終身學習能力，提 昇人力素質，以獲得持續發展，並藉助相關技術來實現此目標，已成為核心要素。同時，將科學技術用於提 昇學習及人力素質須考慮諸多方面，包括教育與學習理論、教育技術、課程設計、知識管理、績效評估、人力資源開發、管理策略、以及企業文化。這些都是本主題研究群的重要議題。
本主題研究群希望廣邀對於此領域有興趣的學術界與實務界各領域專家一同參與討論、分享及合作。
Introduction of the SIG:
This Special Interest Group (SIG) is one of six SIGs of the Global Chinese Society on Computers in Education (GCSCE).
Globalization and the dynamics of economic changes have forced institutions and organizations to search for new ways to strengthening their competitive advantages. In doing so, improvement of learning and human performance for sustainable development has been recognized as a core approach. Learners including students in educational institutions and employees or knowledge workers in various organizations and communities should be supported with opportunities and capabilities for self-directed and life-long learning, especially by using technology. While implementing technology-enhanced learning, a variety of issues should be taken into account such as learning and instructional theories, educational technology, curriculum development, knowledge management, performance evaluation, human resource development, management strategies, and organizational culture. These issues will become the focus of this SIG.
Any researcher or practitioner who is interested in technology-enhanced learning or human performance in educational institutions, various organizations, and communities is welcome to join us for sharing, discussion, and collaboration.
